The Contemporary Museum announces its newest exhibition series, "New View" – a monthly series of changing exhibitions. Pictured above: Photographer Ben Gest kick off the exhibition with his large scale most approx (40x40) highly pigmented ink jet prints of what he describes as ordinary with a new meaning. His photographs capture images of ordinary happenings and everyday moments, but his 'ordinary' images depict layers of internal reflection and skewed perspective. Today January 30, 2011 was the last day for the Ben Gest series.

For New View 2, the second exhibition in the series, artist Caroline Lathan-Stiefel presents her installation "Towards the Reservoir."
